This series is so lovely…the color shifts come as close to watercolor as glass gets. I love to make beads in this series. The techniques used allow my hands to dance over the surface, and the result is lyrical and seductive. This bead was designed for a juried Society of Glass Beadmakers Show entitled "Terra Firma" in Boulder, CO, 2001. It is the most impressionistic of all of my bead designs.
