Contents View
There are over 600 topics (CCL/ECCN or USML sections) listed in the
"Contents". The individual sections (book icons) open to show additional
levels of detail. In this example the USML book is opened to show the
list of individual sections. The user would just click on a title in
the left widow (the contents view) to display the text of that topic in the
right window.
