Personal Women of Achievement
Each of us can think of a woman who served as a role model or mentor at a
crucial point in our lives: a mother, grandmother or other relative
or dear friend. Perhaps it was a teacher, a neighbor, a Sunday
school teacher or Girl Scout troop leader who provided guidance,
encouragement or direction. Without her involvement our lives might have
turned out very differently. Here’s an opportunity to acknowledge publicly
how much these women have meant to you.
Georgia Women of Achievement encourages you to choose one or more special
women to honor with a gift in memory or in honor of her contribution to
your life. The names of those you choose to honor will be printed in
the Induction Ceremony program. These gifts will be placed in an Endowment
Fund being set up by Georgia Women of Achievement as an ongoing reminder
of the power of personal investment in others.
