Assembly instructions
Step 1
MEASURE YOUR CRATE - Prior to beginning construction of your trap, you will need to remove the crate door and accurately measure the dimensions shown. Note - Measure A & B to the outside edge of the door flange at the widest part. |

Step 2
Cut top, bottom and two sidepieces, as shown below, using 2" x 3" studs for lumber. You can rip larger lumber to 2-1/2" wide from leftover scrap, if necessary. |

Step 3
Assemble the doorframe, as shown below, using (4) - 1-5/8" drywall screws. Be sure to pre-drill top and bottom pieces with a 1/8" drill bit prior to assembly. ![]() |
