Step 4
Install door guides - Cut ¾" stock, as follows: two pieces at B" long and two pieces at B+3" long. Pre-drill three 1/8" pilot holes in each piece of ¾" x ¾" stock, one hole approximately 2" from each end and the third hole at the center. Install as shown below:

Cut out drop door from either ½" or 5/8" plywood, as shown below:
Step 6
Trip Pedal - Measure the bottom of the crate. Using ¼" thick plywood (or similar paneling or Luan), cut the trip pedal as follows:
Note - Dimension 'E' is the side to side inside bottom measurement of the crate. Dimension 'F' is the front to back inside bottom measurement of the crate.
