It seems as though my family has always owned a dog. Peppy was our first Sheltie. I bought him in the summer of 1970 when I was a junior in high school. So, I guess that means I have been hooked on Shelties now for 31 years come the summer of 2001. In the left picture, Sparky is on the left and Peppy is on the right. Neither of these dogs is with us today. In the right picture, BJ is on the left and Lacey is on the right. My parents have always provided a loving home environment for our pets. Even today as my parents approach their 70's BJ and Lacey get daily walks.
