Hi, my name is Chele, and I (along with a suspected 200 million other people around the world) have Hepatitis C - otherwise known as HCV....and if you're here reading this, then you may also suspect or know that you (or someone close to you) have/has it, too.

So what do you do when you're diagnosed with HCV? Well, first you deny, then you cry....and then you go out and learn all you can about it....

I hope that this site will give you some help and some hope....while it is primarily my own journey down the long, and sometimes twisted, road of HCV, there are also many good links to other sites where you can find a wealth of information on HCV in general, the testing process, the treatments available, and lots of other people who are all journeying down this road together.

Wherever you are on your own "journey", remember, you are not alone - there is always someone else out there who has been where you are, been where I am, and been where we have been and will be....learn all you can, keep your sense of humor and a light of hope, and know we're all in this together, and together we'll all get through it.
