    - 50% deposit is required at the time of registration

    - Refunds for reservations are made based on two weeks notice prior to reservations dates or if the Lodge can be rented with less than two weeks notice.
    - Smoking is allowed on the decks only.
    - Small and medium sized pets are allowed with a pet deposit.  
    - Holiday weekends require a two night minimum stay (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentines day, July 4th, Easter, Labor Day, Memorial Day)
    - Check out time is 11AM, Check in time is 3PM (unless prearranged)

 

 

   Chestnut Hill Lodge is a vacation rental located just 20 minutes north of downtown Asheville, North Carolina. It sits near the top of a mountain on 52 acres of mostly forest land. Old trails crisscross the land that has a two acre fishing and swimming lake at the lower end of the property. The view from the deck looks at Craggy Gardens on the Blue Ridge Parkway. Hot Springs and the Appalachian Trail are a 25 minute drive.
