The NSAI Los Angeles Regional Workshop announces two important changes:
1) Due to the increased cost of parking around Musician’s Institute, the location of the workshop will change. Starting now, the workshop will meet at Kulak’s Woodshed, 5230 1/2 Laurel Canyon Blvd., North Hollywood, CA 91607. Admission will continue to be free for members and $10 for non-members, however, donations will be accepted to cover used of the venue.
2) To take advantage of technology and to reduce mailing costs for the workshop, email will replace the hardcopy “Country Notes” as the means of communicating the workshop schedule and special events. If you have not been receiving email updates, send an email to Craiglack@aol.com and we’ll add your address to our electronic mailing list. The workshop schedule will also be posted on the World Wide Web at www.SethJackson.net. If you do not have email, you can continue to receive Country Notes by US Mail, but you must complete and mail a request to Craig Lackey at 1045 Third St., #205, Santa Monica CA 90403.
We believe these changes represent improvements that will reduce costs for both the members and the workshop, and they will enable us to serve you better.
