"Wax-oil rubbings from Atlanta's historical markers and other plaques are the source of text that Turk combines with vintage images of landmark buildings. Enlarged to poster size, structures like the Hurt Building, the Piedmont Hotel and the Biltmore become souveniers of an embellished and obscured cityscape."
