"The Jews of Africa" program can be anything from a straightforward speech to a multifaceted, multimedia presentation 

-- Invite families to enjoy an evening of African-Jewish food, music and images

-- Have a fundraising dinner with recipes from Africa followed by a "Jews of Africa" discussion

-- Use the presentation as the anchor for a panel discussion entitled "Who is a Jew?" about the relationship between race, culture, religion and politics and how different Jewish groups define what it is to be "Jewish"

-- Have a "Jews of Africa" photo exhibit in your lobby or art gallery

-- Have a "Who is a Jew?" discussion at your day school or Hebrew High School 

-- Learn African-Jewish songs in Hebrew, Luganda and Sefwi 

-- Learn Ugandan and Ghanaian childrens' games to middle and elementary school children

-- Have a program to improve Black-Jewish communication in your community
