October 9, 2005: Updated some dead and broken links.
August 21, 2005: Some long overdue touching up of the home page links, as well as adding information on the Cyclone Catarina conference I participated in.
May 12, 2002: Added a Gallifrey 2002 picture page and new images on the Gallery of Sport Stadiums. Also fixed most of the links, removed some deadwood, and spruced up the code on many pages.
March 24, 2002: Revised the volcano information on the home page and experimental home page.
January 21, 2002: First and foremost, changed the experimental home page and the experimental bio page from HTML 4.01 with style sheets to XHTML 1.0 with Cascading Style Sheets. Added the NASA MODIS Image Gallery to the list of Interesting Images Sites. Added a link to the onlive version of the Mariners Weather Log on the home page. Also, made minor revisions in content and other links on the home page and the bio page.
October 15, 2001: First of a (hopefully) series of updates - removed some dead links and updated other links and out-of-date information.
December 17, 2000: Touched up the site color schemes, especially on the Style Sheet version of the home page. Also added touches of JavaScript to the Weather Friends, Interesting Images, and Doctor Who Links pages.
October 3, 2000: What's (unfortunately) new: Deleted the links to the Doctor Who IRC Web Ring as it is now kaput. :-(
August 13, 2000: What's new: First and foremost, a new URL! Then, two new interesting images pages on Weather Satellite Launches - Then and Now and A Matter of Hurricane Size. Also, revised one of the color schemes and started fixing broken links.
April 8, 2000: What's new: Updated volcano sites and cameras and a new link to LSU sports on the home pages.
July 17, 1999: What's new: A new Interesting Image page on the May 3 1999 Oklahoma City Tornado.
July 4, 1999: What's new: Updates on the Gallery of Sport Stadiums and the Doctor Who links lists.
January 18, 1999: What's new: A new job and asssociated updates on the biographical page. Also, some general cleaning up of the site, particularly on the style sheet pages.
November 20, 1998: What's new: A new Interesting Image page on the January 1, 1998 eruption of Popocatepetl, Mexico.
November 17, 1998: What's new: New images on the Gallery of Sports Stadiums. Also, the continuing replacement of thumbnail images.
October, 1998: What's new: A new Gallery of Sports Stadiums. Also, there's an ongoing upgrade of the site replacing the thumbnail images with smaller, faster-loading, and sometimes lower quality images.
July 8, 1998: What's new: A new Interesting Image page on the January 1995 Mediterranean 'Hurricane'.
June 25, 1998: What's new: Sci-Fi Updates! New Links to the Doctor Who IRC Ring (which has since become defunct) and the Dr. Who Alliance of North America. There are also new sites on the Doctor Who Links Page. Finally, there is a new link to my softball team, the Storm Surge.
June 10, 1998: What's new: A new Interesting Image page on the December 26, 1997 eruption of Soufriere Hills, Montserrat. Also made small updates to other pages to fix broken links.
March 24, 1998: What's new: A new page of links to my meteorological friends and acquaintances.
March 14, 1998: What's new: A revised home page, a new page of images from the Visions 97 convention, and a whole lot of minor changes to other pages.
February 26, 1998: What's new: A new Interesting Image page on Supertyphoon Paka hitting Guam. Also, there's a replacement image of Supertyphoons Ivan and Joan on the Tropical Terrors page, courtesy of Carol Vaughn at the Cooperative Institute for Research in the Atmosphere. Additionally, there's been a remodeling of the Interesting Meteorological/Geological Images section. The weekly tropical cyclone summaries have been reincarnated in a monthly format by Gary Padgett, with more information available on the home page. Finally, there are new links on the Doctor Who Links page.
