*Logging: Please log all chats and timestamp them. I understand some of our folks can't because of various reasons, that is np. But if you can, it helps alot in disputes.

*Swearing: Swearing is bad. Well, most of it. Allowed swear words are damn, hell, shit, ass. (THAT'S IT!) That includes everyone......anything else gets an automatic kick....no warning. Exceptions...some one calls someone a shithead, an asshole, etc..no 
name callin! All this must be in the channel.

*Rudeness/Arguing between channel folks ask them to take it private, if they don't then kick them for it IF they come back and persist, then kick/ban. If there is an argument OUT of channel, and someone asked you to kick them, ignore it. You can't do nut
hin lest it's brought in channel. If the victim pastes is to you, it is up to you to decide what shall be done. Use good judgement. If it is another op, email the log to a admin of the channel.

*If an op acts inappropriately, then take it up with them in opnotice.  If they don't settle down, and email rickyc@HiWAAY.net with the logs.

*KaM is to be always banned. Anyone caught letting him in, will be suspended for 2 weeks, no questions asked and the decision is final.

*No revolving door kicks...(someone enters/leaves, enter/leaves)

*No no-speak kicks

*All channel ops except Ricky, Iggle, and Tbird have to deop when away. They are allowed because of the many automated kicks built into their scripts and are the founders of the channel.

*Any and all other situations should be logged and sent to rickyc@HiWAAY.net.  All decisions in these matters are final and are ratified by Ricky.

*If channel users complain about someone msging them, (like hittin on them, please ask to see the logs so you can use good judgment), ask them in private to knock it off.

*If attitude...use that kick button

*If someone is in perv channels...get rid of them. The same way with perv nicks.  I think we are all grown-up enough to decide what perv nicks/channels are. 

*You cannot add more ops to X. If it is found that you did, they will be removed. All new x-authenticated ops must be approved by Ricky or Iggle.

*Do not voice everyone in the channel unless there is flooding going on.

*Any op who gets out of line will find his/her access suspended for:
	first offense: 24 Hours
	second offense: 48 hours
	third offense: 1 week
	fourth offense: Your access will be removed

*Most important thing to remember.... IRC is for fun, and lets try to make #alabama fun.

*If any op needs help with popups to kick/ban ppl, I will be more than happy to help you. Also with the commands to X, I have all available.

*If you find any op, NOT including RickyC Iggle and Tbird marked away, feel free to deop us.

*You cannot kick or deop X.

*Try to limit the number of operators in the channel to 50% of the total members. Some ppl are intimidated by alot of ops. If there is 10 ppl in the channel, 6 are opped, that is plenty.

*Every week or so there will be an updated email of all major bans/issues mailed out to all the ops..also lists new ops, etc.
