Hello, friends.

Wow - how have you been these last five years? Is it truly that long since I've been able to update the site? Yes, in fact, it is. Part of that was just because I was writing and not paying attention to the site itself. Part of that, however, was that I was having MAJOR issues accessing the pages. Since I am now able to, I want to give you my most important news first:

In other news, I just last night finished the first draft of Mix It Up Good. (Yes, it took me five whole years, but hopefully you'll think it's worth it.) It's with my pre-readers now, but hopefully it will be coming soon to a website near you. It's a sequel to Butterfly Ops, so if you want to 'bone up on your history' [bonus points if you know where that quote came from] take a look here.

So, yes, it's been a while since I've updated the site. I have been writing, though. So if you haven't looked at Butterfly Ops since I originally posted it in 11/03, take a peek here. I've also been working on its sequel, Mix It Up Good. There's still a way to go before it's done, but if you want a sneak preview, have a look at chapter one. Hope you like it!

10/21/03 I swear I'm not as bad as the dates on this site make me seem. I really have been hard at work - Butterfly Ops is almost done. Really! Not that you'd know it from this site.

Life has been somewhat hectic this year (yes, this whole year), and I've barely been able to do the writing. Once I've finished posting the story, I'll get it onto the site. (Hopefully by mid-November.) If you're really hankering for it, though, let me know, and I'll tell you what lists it's been posted on.

2/24/03 So I've been thinking about jazzing up this website so that it's a little more interesting than black text on white background. Unfortunately, I haven't gotten much beyond thinking about it so for now the fics will have to speak for themselves.

Speaking of fics, there's a new one posted on the site. It's called Celestial Light. If you read my fic Fireworks (Starcrossed Summer of Love 2002 Grand Prize winner!), you'll notice that chapters 1-4 are suspiciously similar. Keep reading, though, because everything from chapter 5 on is new. (And if you're under 18, don't go there because it's an NC-17 fic.)

And one more thing: Ever After is the winner of two - count 'em, two - Halo awards: Best Action and Best Episodic Story. I'll eventually get around to putting up the nice banners they designed, but for now, you can see the nice comments the judges wrote if you click here.

Ever After
Ever After is a 30 chapter fic that takes place after "Gone" (Season Six).
Summary: Riley and Buffy are living happily ever after. Or maybe not.

Do You Like Cheese?
Do You Like Cheese? takes place after "Pangs" (Buffy, 4th season) and "I Will Remember You” (Angel, 1st season); but before "Something Blue” (Buffy, 4th season).
Summary: Riley and Buffy discover each other's secret.

Spinning Wheels (Series)
This series is based on the premise that Riley has returned to Sunnydale. It is a series
of companion fics beginning with the sixth season episode, "As You Were."

Celestial Light
Celestial Light is a 17 chapter fic that takes place fifteen years in the future. It contains general spoilers through "Same Time, Same Place" (BtVS 7th season). WARNING: This is an NC-17 fic.

Butterfly Ops
Butterfly Ops is the sequel to Celestial Light. It contains general spoilers through "Bring on the Night" (BtVS 7th season). WARNING: This is an NC-17 fic.
