Dawn has the qajaq frame near completion at this point. Paul skinned the frame with $8 USD worth of plastic wrap, allowing Dawn to test some aspects of the qajaq's performance. This experiment could help to identify necessary changes before committing to sewing the 13 oz. polyester skin. Notice that in the true Greenland tradition, Dawn is without a PFD.
