28 Feb 98: Mostly information, this time! Massive update to the career page, addition of Still In Love With Musicals (a recording I want now more than ever!) track info to the Discography, some info on the fan club. Two new scans. Thanks to Iris (and Anne :)), as always, but this time the majority of my information came from Ursula (and Alexandra!), and one of the scans was provided by Ulf. Your help is very much appreciated! Also, I have started working on some very informal (as always) pages about Elisabeth, both the show and the person, and anything else I feel like putting up there, called Éljen....
25 Jan 98: Another set of scans (yes, once again partly provided by Iris, although I borrowed the rest from a site on the Elisabeth exhibition in Vienna :)); one from BatB was added to the musicals interview, the rest stuck mainly on the Elisabeth page--or moved from there to the "Kröger onstage" essay. Although not strictly Kröger-related, I've put up a page on the Hungarian Elisabeth cast recording; the FAQ has been updated as well.
03 Jan 98: Couple more scans, again from Iris, plus another interview.
20 Dec 97: Several new scans, thanks to Iris (as usual!) and Faith, have been added, and old ones have in some cases moved around. Also added frames, for those who like them. (The non-frames version will remain the default, as I'm not fond of frames myself. :))
29 Nov 97: After over a week of being unable to work on the pages due to computer problems, I finally have managed to put up several things I've been planning for a while. The most important among these is the Interview Kröger gave musicals magazine in June, thanks to MUCH translation work by Sonia! And, of course, there's the new area of these pages--the "Random Thoughts" section, explained above. In addition, I've modified a few of the background images etc, and hope that they may now be a bit easier for people using other browsers to read. Comments on any aspect of the pages--the changes I've made, ones you'd like me to make, whatever!--are always welcome, however!
16 Nov 97: More scans! Thanks to Iris and Cheryl for providing them. I'm playing around some with more backgrounds, too; I don't have any problems reading the pages from my Mac, using Netscape 2.0, but if anything's too hard to read on other platforms/browsers, please let me know and I'll see what I can do.
14 Nov 97: Finally! 34 .wavs, some of them nearly 40 seconds long, are at last online. :) The new sounds page also contains non-Kröger clips from Elisabeth (both Original Vienna and Original Hungarian casts!), In Love With Musical, and the Dutch recording of Les Mis. (Well, one from Les Mis....I limited myself to a single Pia Douwes clip...) The old .au clips which aren't represented among the new, better-quality .wavs are http://members.aol.com/jlbarber/sounds.html [no longer available]. These include clips of Douwes, Ethan Freeman, Joke de Kruijf--and even a couple Frances Ruffelle and a can't-miss Anthony Warlow. :) Also updated the links page, and added more info on A Musical Christmas in Vienna to the Discography, thanks to Sonia.
03 Nov 97: Began moving pages to Mindspring. More--and better!--sound clips coming in the next couple of weeks, I hope.
21 Oct 97: Thanks to Faith, there's now a photo of Kröger from Elisabeth (the only one I've seen; if you've got others and are willing to scan them for me, please let me know!) on the Elisabeth page (imagine that! :)), and a new background for the Bio page. Hopefully this one will be easier to read! Also, if all goes well, I should have an account with an ISP up and running in the next few days, after which time I plan to move these pages to my new account--and add better quality sounds. :)
17 Oct 97: Finally added Career page (and check out that photo! :)), as well as comments on Boulevard der Sehnsucht, the original cast album of Elisabeth, and In Love With Musical.
