Inn-Nesters is a husband/wife innsitting team of former innkeepers that will take care of your B & B your way, or can help with the start-up of your B & B.

We left corporate America in 1995 and started, owned and operated the Owl's Nest Inn in Candler, just outside of Asheville, NC.  After selling our inn, we stayed in the Asheville area and have been innsitting there, but are willing to travel anywhere you need us. In 2002 we built a new house on 5 acres in Gerrardstown WV. This is now our new base of operations  We both cook and serve breakfast and tend to the guests needs.  Mary does all of the baking while Jim does any maintenance items that need attention.

While we follow all of your policies and procedures, all of the little details of daily operation are taken care of as if each B&B were our own.  

Our innsitting services include, but are not limited to:

· Taking Reservations

· Sending Confirmations

· Cooking and Serving

· Shopping

· Supervising of Staff

· Light Housekeeping

· Minor Maintenance

· Record Keeping/Banking
