Take I-85 to Exit 19-B. (It is I-85 South from Greenville, or it is I-85 North from the Atlanta direction)
Take Exit 19-B to Clemson. (You will be on Hwy. 76/Hwy.28 going to Clemson.)
At junction of Hwy. 76/Hwy 28 and Hwy. 123 in Clemson take a left to go to Seneca.
At junction of Hwy. 123/Hwy. 76/Hwy. 28 and Business 123/76/28 in Seneca take a left onto Business 123/76/28. (At this intersection there is a Subway Sandwich Shop to the left and an Ingles to the right. Make sure to turn left here.)
At the first red light on this road, which is in front of a NAPA store, take a left and find a parking spot. Main St. Garage is on the left corner of the road you turn onto.
