Mix/Standard Flatliner
Unlax Yer Mind
36 minutes, Very Light @ Light Walk (90-95)
Pace Breakdown
Slow Walk |
35:48 |
Distance: 1.3 to 1.9 miles |
A mellow walk calls for mellow songs, and these certainly fit the bill. Not that they’re fit for the elevator or shopping mall, far from it: each of these is selected for excellent melody, intriguing lyrics, or a mood that goes beyond Muzak. Walking uphill is one way to give this Flatliner a bit more bite.
