The Fixx
One Jog Leads to Another (35 minutes, Pulse-Pounder)
Pace Breakdown
Slow Walk |
4:26 |
Distance: 1.8 to 2.6 miles |
For a most xxcellent wog, you can’t go wrong with the best least-known group from the Alt-80s. The Fixx never achieved the success of U2, the Police, or other British groups, but for awhile their moody, fiercely melodic anthems defined the music of their era as well as anyone. With dark undercurrents running through it, this set offers multiple ways to get your cuppa jog, and Running is the coolest song for skipping along to—ever.
