Bob Dylan
Subterranean Homesick Jogs (39 minutes, Very Vigorous)
Pace Breakdown
Slow Walk |

Distance: 1.8 to 2.8 miles |
It’s a good thing for woggers that Mr. Dylan plugged himself in back in ‘65, because since then he’s consistently put out material that, while exhibiting the usual Dylanesque multi-layered poetic meanings, also maintain a pretty steady beat. Isis is one of the few waltzes I’ve heard that serves as an excellent, long (nearly seven minutes), Vigorous jogging tune.
