ELO evolved from a string-heavy avant-progressive rock project, to a hook-laden blend of rock and orchestral arrangements, to a disco-driven (!) pop band before dissolving into irrelevance in the 80s. But before doing so they put together some of most interesting rock albums of the 70s. This set includes a smattering of all their styles, all of it but Tightrope at a relaxed walking pace.
