Not exactly the top ten—most of these songs inhabit the alt/indie side of the pop spectrum—but they add up to a great 47 minutes of wogging. Since play order is determined numerically, the pace envelope is a bit unusual: once you’re past U2, it’s intense jogging, then four straight walks in the middle deliver a long breather before another heavy dose of jogs near the end. It works, though.
