• Wow, after 12 years we have a new look to our web site.  I hope it makes it easier to see what we have to offer and easier to navigate.  Let me know what you think!  What do you like or dislike.  Any requests, suggestions ?  I am all ears.
• Documents were found where Hiram Medaris (7) William H. 6, Rice 5) witnessed documents for the Boone family.
• Updated the family of John Henry Medearis (8) (William Malcolm 7, John Wesley 6, Massey 5)  Resolved the questions about his wives; Mary Coe and Rena Goff.
• Received two more DNA results from the Charles (5) line.  We now have a contributor from the John (5) line who has submitted to FTDNA.  Still need somebody from the Massey (5) lines.
• Thanks to our DNA project we found a missing relative and some new cousins!.  We solved the mystery of James William Medearis (10) (Christian Penner 9, James Wood 8, Malachi 7, Thomas 6, Charles 5) and welcome a new branch who use the name of Smith to our line.
• Removed Buford D. as a child of Ithamer Thomas Redmond Medaris (7) (James Davis 6, Oliver 5), Buford was a misreading of Rufus in the 1860 census.
• Added the family of James A. Madaris (8) (John 7, Thomas 6, Charles 5)
