I Bowler Madieros being in perfect memory and sound health do constitute this my last will and Testament my will and desires of in case of my not returning from the Continental Army That I give and bequeath unto my Brother Thomas Madieros Fifty Acres of Land, and that he the said Tho' Madieros do take proper care of my Sister Rachel and give her Two years Schooling Given under my hand and Seal This Sixteenth Day of April Anno Dom *. One Thousand Seven Hundred and Eighty One.
