Personal information and software for use on Linux and UNIXWho am I?
I'm currently 25 years old, and I work as a Systems Engineer in the Services unit at Red Hat, Inc.
I graduated in 1996 with a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington, in Seattle, WA.
In 1998, I married my girlfriend of 3 years, Michelle. We currently live in Cary, NC. We used to live in Denver, CO, and hope to get back there sometime.
When I'm not at work, I'm enjoying time with my two dogs, Aslan and Minna, and getting things straightened out. in our new house.
About Linux...
Linux is a premier UNIX-like operating system available for a wide range of processor types. I currently use Linux regularly on both the x86 and Alpha processor platforms.
Important information!
Email Privacy - Protect your identity on the internet. Use the strongest encryption you can get your hands on, and keep your data secure. A good way to do this for email is with the Pretty Good Privacy (PGP) tool. A free, strong-encryption version of this for *NIX operating systems is the GNU Privacy Guard (GPG). You can get GPG for Red Hat Linux at the ZedZ Consulting web pages.
