                           Strategic Planner, Atlanta, GA (2004-Present)

                           •  Responsible for recommending organizational design pertaining to all artillery units stationed in the United States during a period of fundamental transformation within the Army.

                           •  Resolved issues related to unit locations, personnel authorizations, and equipment requirements resulting from organizational change.

                           •  Ensured units were properly scheduled and resourced from a corporate perspective for deployments overseas in support of the ongoing war on terrorism.

                           Executive Officer, Iraq & Fort Campbell, KY (2003-2004)

                           •  Second in charge of a 450-person organization while performing combat operations

                           •  Responsible for comprehensive logistical support, including all personnel, supply, and maintenance functions.

                           •  Coordinated construction projects totaling in excess of $500,000 to improve quality of life for soldiers as well as rebuild infrastructure critical to achieving stability in Iraq.

                           •  Managed daily operations at the Epcot Main Entrance to include Parking, Vacation Planners, and Greeters.

                           •  Responsible for all operations of Epcot, the third-busiest theme park in the world, while performing monthly as the Epcot Duty Manager.

                           •  Assisted management at Disney World Resorts with process improvement issues through several independent and team projects.

                           •  Conducted a review of office and technical functions at one resort which resulted in identifying potential savings of over $57,000 annually.

                           •  Participated on the global Guest Satisfaction Measurement team, and served on a Front Desk procedures team.

                           •  Performed a pilot study of work measurement for third-shift custodial tasks at Disney resorts. Identified the potential for annual savings of $41,500 at the pilot resort by reallocating work assignments.

                           Operations Research Analyst (1995-1996)

                           Advanced Distributed Simulation Joint Test Force, Albuquerque, NM

                           •  Served as the analyst for a project team which determined the methodology and drafted the approved proposal for a $7 million joint-service test of distributed simulations.

                           •  Wrote two major test plans which established the statistical analysis procedures and the verification, validation, and accreditation of an Army Test & Evaluation simulation project.

                           • Supported a Department of Defense effort to establish new standards for simulations by serving as a liaison to review test and evaluation plans and troubleshoot test operations.

                           Military Supervisor (1987-1993)

                           •  Supervised all functions of a 100-member military organization (1000 man-hours daily).
