The Series: The Miss en scène series of nine photocollage works is part of a larger collection entitled "Encuentros Rehechos" (remade findings) created in Rome 1991-93, using 'objets trouvés' (found objects) combined with original photography by the artist.Teatro Regio, Turin: The original theater, opened in 1740, was Italy's finest opera house, at least until the opening in 1778 of La Scala, Milan, but it was destroyed by fire in February 1946. The present theater, with its sleek modern auditorium, was inaugurated on 10 April 1973 with Callas and Di Stefano in Verdi's I Vespri Siciliani.
