Corner Records
Kodac records for Corner
Records which is located in Atlanta, Ga. After his
near death experience in 1989, Kodac decided to take
control of his life and career. One of the things he
did to accomplish that was to start Corner Records.
Kodac wanted to have artistic control and learn about
every aspect of the business. With the help of
friends Kodac released the CD, Static
on the Radio, in 1991.
That CD was followed by the release of, Glad
to be Live! in 1992, and The
Heart of the Soul in 1993. Kodac
then released two cassettes of live music recorded
with his band, "Luckie Street" call Beatnik
Blues Vol. I & II, in 1994.
In 1997 Kodac released, Hard to
Stop a Train which received rave
reviews here and in Europe. In 1999 Kodac and Edd
Miller of CMO Productions produced the CD, In
Search of the Blue Groove. In
late 2000 Kodac released a limited edition CD
entitled Kodac Harrison in
Concert which was recorded live
with his bands "Luckie Street" and
"Drive by Soul". In April 2003 Kodac
released, Portraits and Passages
produced by Kodac Harrison and Dan Coy. Two other limited
release editions have been recently released. The first,
Georgia Soul, a compilation of mostly original soul songs was
released in 2004 and a compilation of original jazzy songs called
Backstreet Jazz was released in 2005. All on Corner
Records/Luckie Street Music.....
