More info on Hinrich Kopf

I feel that the name Hinrich Kopf is the most likely name of this person. In his son Christian's marriage record, it says that his father's name was Hinrich, and the Ihlienworth records said Hinrich Kopf (with only one "f".) There are many Kopf's in the area of Ritzebuttel and Ihlienworth Germany, and its my guess that when Christian went to Cuxhaven, he added the second f to distinguish his family from the Cuxhaven Kopf's. This is of course only a theory. On Christian's death entry, his father was listed as Lafrenz Kopff, where this came from, I have no idea. Hinrich was a farmer and lived in Ihlienworth, Germany. A minister in Ihlienworth showed me an old church book with Christian's baptismal record. His father was listed as Hinrich, the mother's name was not listed. Hopefully, if he could take the time to look through the book, he could find a marriage entry for Hinrich, which might confirm his wife's name and give names of both their parents.
