Artist statement

Hue, saturation, the manipulation of color swashes and geometric shapes over space and time to change a person’s perspective inspires me. Drawing with a pencil upon the urban landscape, the environment that influenced me in turn moves me. Using the imagination and the subconscious to create the subtle and the sublime energizes me and keeps me working. Using what is inside me to push boundaries, break barriers, and explore the world of the daydreamer lets me add my mark upon the creative landscape. These things are all reasons why I became an artist.
