This
one really was installed like a designer always
hopes it will happen, and too often doesn't....thanks to imaginative
(and trusting !) owners willing to invest in the ideas. We discarded
the plain approach walk to the door from the street, used the
natural fall from the street around the sides of the house, and
enclosed and terraced the whole front. The garden includes a small
gazebo feature at a turning point in the gradual descent from
front to rear grade, and a goldfish pool near the new front gate.
I show more pictures of it than the others (first 2 pictures are
"before"). One of the delights of this one is all the
different views that come from moving around in a relatively small
area.
