An unofficial Lego® Web Site

One of my assignments in college was to build the algorithm for a robot trying to find objects in rooms. My program was one of the top five in the class in performance. This allowed me the chance to build a real robot for one of those college competitions. Unfortunately my classes did not allow me to participate, but the experience heightened my desire to build a robot. I built two robots, and thinking about a third. This page shows the two designs I came up with.

Picture   Three Legged
The first and most complex of my robots. The gearing made this walker a massive project.
Picture   Eight Legged
My second walker, he is much less complex, and faster.
Picture   Remote Controlled Car
I have always wanted to build a small Lego car that had both steering and propulsion. He is not radio controlled, but you still control it via the two Lego battery pack.
