While its true that a well designed 900MHz phone shouldn't interfere with the DSL frequency, I've seen several reports that really cheap 900 MHz phones can be problematic (admittedly, its a rare problem). After doing some digging, it seems like these phones may have cheap power supplies that cause interference.
