Help!!!! I can't find they keys mentioned in Broadband Bottlenecks either!

Where is the Key?

Unlike the first article, Part II does indicate that you'll need to create the key for Windows 2000. Unfortunately, my Win95/98/ME instructions that explained that the keys may have to be created were lost in the editing process. :-(

If you're using Win 95 or Win 98, installation instructions to create the key are here.

If you're using NT or Win 2000, installation instructions to create the key are here.

Here are the key locations for Win9x and WinME.
