From a performance standpoint, Mindspring has been an awesome broadband ISP so far (I've had it since January 1999). I get 1.5 Mbs downloads and its only been down three times during this time frame.

Alas, tech support is a shadow of what it once was before the Earthlink merger. Guess you can't have everything.
