Premier Lending has bank & mortgage offices located throughout the Southeastern United States. Our home office is in Atlanta, Georgia. We can process and close home mortgage loans for customers in Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee.
When our valued customers select us to close a loan for them in cities that we do not have a mortgage office, the process is still very simple. We ask each customer in those cities to give us the name of their preferred real estate closing attorney or title company. The mortgage paperwork is generated and processed in Atlanta by John Shea (via fax, mail, telephone, and on-line loan application), and sent to the attorney or title company in your hometown for the closing. In addition to loaning our own money (mortgage banker), Premier Lending also represents many large national investment groups and banks (mortgage broker), which results in great interest rates for our customers.
Premier Lending has their own loan officers, processing, underwriting and closing departments. This allows us to better control and manage the entire mortgage lending process for you, since your file never leaves our company (start to finish). Most mortgage brokers ship your file to another city or state for the loan review and approval process, which can result in delays and untimely communication.
From a dollar volume standpoint, Premier Lending is one of the top five lenders for construction and residential mortgage lending in our hometown of Atlanta. Our stock is publicly traded and is listed on AMEX, under the name of Premier Bancshares (PMB).

Prior to becoming a mortgage loan officer, John Shea was a very successful sales & marketing manager professional in the Fortune 100 Corporate world (13 fantastic years). Climbing the corporate ladder of success meant moving to a different city and position every 1-1½ years.
He understands that offering relocation customers a simple and hassle free mortgage process, combined with a customized financing program, is what business professionals are looking for.
John's business philosophy is to maximize the satisfaction of each client during the mortgage lending process. This commitment to excellence results in happy customers and strong referrals.
On a personal note, John is 39 years old, and a business graduate of the University of Georgia (Marketing). He is a family man, with a fantastic wife (Lisa), an energetic son (Austin), and two very smart Border Collie dogs (Kona & Shadow).
