(One Year Treasury Bill)
There are many indexes used for adjustable rate mortgages
(ARM'S). The three most common indexes are:
In the Southeastern part of the United States, the One Year
Treasury Bills are the most common adjustable rate index. The
index is used to determine a customers new mortgage interest
rate, during the adjustment period.
