DUKE UNIVERSITY SOFTBALL
Duke women have been playing competitive fastpitch softball since 1975. Duke Softball is a National Club Softball Association
NCSA member competing in the
South Atlantic North Division.
Club members organize and manage the team. We recruit players and hold tryouts early in the fall semester, although prospective players
are always welcome to come to practice and try out any time.
Our split fall/spring schedule matches Duke with NCSA opponents, other club softball teams, and occasionally NCAA Division 2 and 3 teams.
We practice twice a week on either the East or West Campus turf fields and play home games at Valley Springs Park in Durham.
Duke Softball aims to be both competitive and fun. Contact a team captain or
coach for more information.
