"The Second American Revolution: Restoring the
Constitution" is a role-playing game about the civil
war of year 2015. It is between the Federal and
Constitutional Governments of the United States. It
is a game about the revolt of some of the Congress and
citizens against the President and the United States
Police. How did it get to the point of open warfare? The Constitutional Government will tell you that the Federals just kept taking the Rights of the citizens away in little bits until the Bill of Rights were only a historical footnote. Each Right was not taken in one action, but over the last 75 years, small bits were taken year after year. Each bit was not noticed, or only noticed by a small group of "Nuts". The Federal power base grew out of control so slowly that only a few cried out the warnings. The Federal Government will say that the "Nuts" have grown out of control. That the small loss of individual freedom has been for the common good. After all, who needs use high powered gas engines in their cars? Who needs firearms? Who needs an uncontrolled cash money system? Who needs protection from the police? Who needs unlimited and uncontolled media? The Federal Govenment has the duty to protect the citizens from themselfs. On Saturday, April 18, 2015, the shooting started when the United States Police tried to arrest twenty-six State Governors for not disarming their State Defense Forces (State Guards, State Militias). In most cases the battles resulted in the United States Police withdrawing, but six arrests were made and five governors were killed while resisting arrest. These actions did not start the war on a national level, but did light the fuse. The actions that started the war in full happened two days later, Monday, 20 April 2015, when at 10 a.m., the Senator from Mass. called for the release of the six governors and the arrest of the United States Police(USP) officers involved in the deaths of five governors, and others. The USP walked onto the floor of the Senate and took him to Walter Reed Medical Center for observation in the mental ward. By 1p.m. the majority of Congress in joint session called for the impeachment of President Tuner. The vote was never taken that day, because the USP raided Congress and arrested what they could catch. Almost 1/3 escaped using the side tunnels. "Frontier Justice" is a role-playing game about the expanding nation. The game may be used to cover any period from 1700 to 1890. The time of exploration and settlement of the nation.
