JWM has designers on staff who continue to develop new designs. They stay abreast of market shifts and work to produce new offerings twice yearly. They are also available to work on special designs for contract work such as hotels and restaurants.

JWM pays special attention to QC records when evaluating factories for inclusion. JWM insures every factory has QC personnel in each department and provides check lists for JWM products, however, they do not rely on factory QC. JWM has their own QC personnel who have a 18 point check procedure which must be approved before an order is released for shipment. |
