The theme of our anniversary has been: "Growth through leadership in technology" and our BLUE CHIP NEWS pages have reflected that.
In the past 10 years Mostek has seen its business and facilities grow. As Mostek grows, construction continues to keep pace with improvements taking shape in the form of new parking areas and a fifth Fabrication area.
Employees will also have to continue to grow in their knowledge of their particular job skills as the rapidly changing semiconductor industry develops by leaps and bounds.
In the next ten years, as with the past ten, Mostek's employees will be critical to the company's growth. How well they respond to the constant changes and how they perform their jobs will, more than anything, determine the future of the company.
