Our property is available for a two week period during the 1996 Summer Olympic Games for the rental amount of US $11,980. Additional period of stay beyond two weeks can be negotiated separately. For a limited time, the two car rental will come at no additional charge.
Terms of Lease:
- A formal Lease Agreement will be signed which will reserve the property for you.
- A non-refundable 25% rent deposit will be paid upon the Lease Agreement comes into effect.
- A second non-refundable 50% rent deposit will be paid no less than eighty (45) days prior to the move-in date.
- A final 25% payment will be due upon actual arrival to the property in Atlanta.
- Also, a completely refundable security deposit of 15% of the rental amount will be paid upon arrival to the property, and will be then refunded in full no later than 7 days after vacating the premises, provided that no damage to the rented property has been done.
