
How can I check the status of my Equifax Credit Profile
ordered online?
If you have not received your Equifax Credit Profile by mail after ordering
it online, here is what you should do:
After five (5) days, go to: http://www.equifax.com/consumer/order/disc.html
...and click on "Check Status." Fill out the short form, and
we will trace your order, or issue a new one. It will then be mailed to
you within 72 hours. (If your submitted information does not match the
information in your credit file, we will contact you by mail to request
verification of your address and/or identity).
