RIAA strikes again... fuckers. Both aren't speaking but basically the RIAA "Suggested" to XM Radio to stop selling it's receiver for the computer, the XMPCR. Why? Well, a couple weeks ago a piece of software called timetrax was released by an individual that lets you record individual songs from XM onto your computer and it's automatically recorded as an mp3! Yeah.... pretty sweet. Of course.... this is bad? Whatever. I'm so tired of the RIAA and MPAA. I wish they would concentrate on the people that do the hard core piracy, not consumers that actually do purchase media from time to time. Obviously piracy is an issue, always has been and always will be. Determined people after a buck will do what needs to be done. You know, almost ALL piracy starts internally! Especically software and movies. Anyway, my fear is that they will discontinue service for the XMPCR's which would really piss me and many others off. With the XMPCR you can see what's playing on all 120+ channels all at once, sort the channels in muliple ways. On the other hand.... not 3 weeks ago they retailed for $49.99 and now cannot be found except everybodies favorite place http://search.ebay.com/XMPCR_W0QQsokeywordredirectZ1QQfromZR8 . Kinda contemplating... could easy sell now for profit. Naaah

Well, I greatly enjoyed the olympics! We finished with the most gold and most medals. Pure dominance. Women scored big! Gold in Soccer, Softball and Basketball, and just missed gold in Gymnastics. That's a pretty big accomplishment I think. I will miss Misty May and Kerri Walsh on the Beach Volleyball court. Man! I just keep thinking about them long legs kerri has. And Misty was giddy as a school girl after winning gold. I love that stuff, such joy. Wish I could feel that way.

I'm about tired of democrats, the media coverage, the bickering, and the brainwashed followers. I was at lunch today and the place had fox news on and John Kerry was giving a speech somewhere. He said he would have done almost everything different with regards to the Iraq War. Now... any fucking jackass ass can say that after the fact? And people were cheering and clapping after that statement? How can anybody know how a war is going to play out or the aftermath? You can predict and prepare all you want but you aren't going to know for sure until it's played out. Then earlier in the week I caught some coverage of the "Protests" in NYC and one lady marching said "We need to pull our troops out of iraq and find a better solution to the problem." Ok... let's leave the iraqi people to fend for themselves. That'll work. Even John Kerry isn't stupid enough to do that. Even if we wanted to we can't, it would be international suicide. Every Terrorist in the world would setup camp in iraq. Syria would flood even more weapons and people in. It's unfortunate we're now fighting gurella warfare but we just need to stay strong and keep the peace as much as we can. Kerry went on to say he would have given the inspectors more time. How many years did they need? Iraq aside you have to ask yourself one question, Are you better off than you were four years ago? I can easily say a resounding HELL YES. I have a well paying job that I did not have four years ago. My stocks are doing fabulous for the amount I invested and I can say I feel much safer in america now. The Economy is doing very well nomatter what anybody says. The fed just raised interest rates and they are going to do it again. Why is that significant? Well, normally interest rates are raised to slow down the economy so it doesn't grow too fast thus producing a graduall economic increase.

Normally I don't speak politics but the brainwashing that is going on with kerry is just too much for me. I can't wait till November and the republicans come out in force.
