In the meantime, if you're interested in doing something positive for yourself besides counting your calories while counting your blessings, check out one of the healthiest Internet groups known, The Dead Runners Society (DRS), which was founded by Chris Conn. DRS was once featured in Time Magazine and has given rise to a large number of related Internet Running Groups including CVRT (Clydesdale Virtual Racing Team) and the dartc (Dead Animal Road Track Club). (Emblem was done by Lindsay Russell especially for DRS).

....Check out the Clydesdale Virtual Racing Team (CVRT), a group of big dogs...uh...runners. This group caters to heavier men and women who have an entire special range of running and training problems. Click on the mailbox to visit a very detailed homepage. CVRT is possibly one of the fastest growing Internet Running Groups. Don't despair if you are a 200 pounder. Join the Clydesdales and learn how to avoid injuries and maximize your running efforts for fun and profit.
