CHICKEN-APPLE BAKE
Serves: 4
- 2 cups chopped cooked chicken breast (about 1 pound boned skinned chicken
breasts)
- 2 cups diced unpeeled apple
- 1 (10-3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 tsp ground sage
- 1/8 tsp pepper
Combine all 7 ingredients in a bowl; stir well. Spoon into a 1-1/2 quart
casserole coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350~ - 40 minutes or until
thoroughly heated.
