Pat at my Copier Supplier gave me this - really good on all types of fish

Dill Sauce for Fish

1 Pint Sour Cream
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp or more dill weed
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp capers

Combine all ingredients and serve w/ broiled fish
Makes 2 cups
