Marinated in the refrigerator these pork chops will earn
rave reviews for any cook.  An excellent recipe to serve to
company.

FIESTA PORK CHOPS: Serves - 4

1 medium onion chopped
2 Tbsp flour
8 oz tomato sauce
1/2 cup medium or hot salsa
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp crushed oregano leaves
6 well trimmed loin pork chops, cut 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick
  sliced or diced radishes and avocado for garnish.

  Toss onion in flour.  Add tomato and salsa, cumin, salt,
and oregano leaves.
  Place pork chops in a single layer in a shallow oven to
table dish; pour sauce over meat,  Cover and refrigerate
for 4 hours or over night.
  Preheat oven to 325 F. cover and bake for 2 hours or until
done.  Serve immediately.
