Although this recipe calls for Grouper - any fresh white
fish fillet will work equally well.  I like this one
because it is quick and easy in the Microwave!  

GROUPER & HORSERADISH SAUCE - Serves 4

1 small green bell pepper, cut into 1/4 inch strips
1 lb grouper 1 inch thick
1/4 tsp pepper
4 onion slices, thin
1/3 cup catalina dressing
2 Tbsp prepared horseradish
1/4 tsp hot sauce
1 Tbsp lemon juice
 lemon wedges as garnish

  Place bell pepper in 9-inch pie plate, cover w/ plastic
wrap & vent, microwave @ high 2 min, remove & set aside.
Wipe pie plate. 
  Quarter fish, arrange in pieplate, sprinkle with pepper;
top with bell pepper and onion. Microwave, uncovered, @
high 7-8 min until fish flakes easily. Drain & cover. 
  Combine salad dressing and next three ingredients in
1-cup glass measure; stir. Microwave @ high 1 min.
  Serve sauce with fish and garnish with lemon wedges.
